All Coaches at the Absolutely Fit are fully trained to integrate a wide range of training disciplines and methods.
Many of the pieces of equipment in the studio have been specially designed and modified. A number of them are exclusive to us and you won’t find anything similar anywhere in the South West. This helps set us apart from standard gyms and ensures that you will receive the safest, highest quality and results-oriented experience with us. We don’t get standard results for our clients. We get ‘Absolutely Fit’ results!
Following your initial Physical Analysis sessions, your coach will develop your bespoke plan. This will consist of resistance training, nutrition and anything else you may need to reach your specific goals. Designed to be progressive and challenging, your plan will take you through all the facets of fitness and body shaping, ensuring that you are not just leaner, but stronger, more flexible, more stable and agile, and more importantly, Absolutely Fit!
We pay extremely close attention to everything that you do whilst exercising with us, monitoring your form, your posture, your fitness and your progress. All Absolutely Fit Performance coaches view the Personal Training / Coaching part of our service as being a combination of mentors, motivators, educators and taskmasters!
One to one Coaching Sessions will take place at least once a week for a minimum of 4 weeks and will be 100% specific to your individual needs. In addition to this, your Absolutely Fit Coach will provide you with a further 2 or 3 workout sessions as ‘homework’ for you to perform either at home or in a gym of your choice each week.
