Absolutely Fit Personal Training/Coaching is carried out in the privacy of the most fully equipped private studio in Swindon Wiltshire, no gym membership is required. These productive and inspiring settings allow you and your Absolutely Fit Performance Coach to focus on one thing; your results!
All Performance Coaches at The Absolutely Fit Studio are trained to integrate a wide range of training disciplines and methods using specialist equipment some of which is not available anywhere else in the South West, to ensure your interest is high and your body is always being challenged in a wide range of ways all focusing on your results.
Following your initial Physical Analysis sessions, your trainer will develop your bespoke plan of resistance training and nutrition. Designed to be progressive and challenging, the plan will take you through all facets of fitness and body shaping goals, making sure that you are not just leaner, but also stronger, more flexible, more stable, agile and Absolutely Fit.
We pay extreme close attention to everything that you do when exercising with us, always monitoring your form, your posture, your fitness and your progress. All Absolutely Fit Performance coaches view the Personal Training/Coaching part of our service as being a combination of motivators, educators, scientific statisticians and taskmasters!
Personal Coaching Sessions will be performed a minimum of 1 times a week for a minimum of 12 weeks in order to perform your Body Shaping or Sports Specific exercises and workouts. In addition we will be asking you to put in a further two to three work out sessions your “home work” designed by your Absolutely Fit Performance Coach for you to perform at home or in a gym of your choice every week.
We believe that everyone is an individual. Ethnicity, Genetics, life style and gender makes a difference when designing your bespoke Nutrition and Exercise plans, hence we have split some of our products between male and female.
